Background:
Zora are a long lived race and because of that it is not uncommon for this clan to take more than one partner through a lifetime. This allows them to boast of their bloodline, the Ujua clan infamous for their longevity of being between clans from the sea (the Lyall) and the river (the Ujua).

Sin, as he is known, was raised in the steady Rivers, but wishes to know the wide Ocean of his predecesors. His Great~grandfather,  of whom he was named after, was famed for being a scholar, a man with great cunning ans intellect and while raised to be learned, Sin wished to learn the way of the warrior that coursed through his blood.

When Sin was of age he took up the spirit of war and traveled to join the monastic order where his ancestors studied the Blade of Ke Húm. In his tenth year under the order Sin was sent to find the materials To create his first sword. This also served as a means for him to learn of the material world and gain understanding of the people he was to use the blade for and against.

The Blade of Ke Húm was unique in that it taught to defend the power of order and reduction of the weak through discipline and destruction. The sword guided the strong and those unable to wield the sword were weak and would die.

Honor your Oaths.
Destroy the Weakness.
Raise the ranks through Strength.

These served as the basis of the order and were fueled by the blind worship of the dragon God Naydra, a cult commanded by the Ujua clan.

At twenty-five years of age Sin took his firsts steps beyond his waters into the greater world.

- Naydra's Blessing;
Living long in the deep cold waters, or wandering the cold nights in the desert, and an extra store of fat and muscle leaves the Ujua members more comfortable in the cold. They are not tethered by the ill circumstances of the icy depths, that which is reasonable for deep-seafaring  peoples.

- Vah Ruta's Curse;
A life of antagonism against the Zora way of life has left them inept in water. While they can swim and dive deep they are little more agile than a Hylian in the water. It makes them appear clumsy and slow under the shroud of the shoals.
- Witch's Curse;
This is the natural result of their clan's internal cult that vehemently worships Naydra denying most other blessings of spirits and gods around them. They are immune to most types of curses but also nearly all types of blessings.

*Each piece of Pink Coral item increases Sin's Electric attack by a tier, but in turn increases his vulnerability to the element in equal amount.
**Despite their life in the desert they are more invulnerable to cold having to avoid the sun to maintain moisture throughout the days spent caravaning the deserts.
***They cannot be buffed or debuffed save by the Blessings and Curses in their bloodline.

Class: Magician
Job: Scribe

Appearance: He had a wide, rounded mantle frill atop his head, flanked by two red spots that looked akin to Biri eyes. A veil-like membrane hung down from the sides of his mantle, connecting back to a long slender tentacle-like head-fin with deep crimson sun-spots freckling down its length. At the end of the head-fin was a fuchsia armlet that seemed to glow in light. Around his long neck was a gorget made of rose-colored gold that followed a chainlink rope of the self-same metal that wrapped around his shoulders and crossed to the front of his chest where hung a deep red gem encased in the metal base.

His entire body was covered in a coat of sea-blue scales with a countershading of an almost ash white that camouflaged him in the deep sea. The sea-blue of his body was contrasted by the paler azure patches along his fore arm, thighs and tail, the lengthsome limb more akin to a lizard's appendage than a fish's with its broad, flexible scales. A bangle similar to the armlet on his headfin was clasped around the end of his tail. The wide fins at his hips were striated with stripe-like markings and guarded his hips from attacks thanks to their fatty nature. His digitigrade legs were stout and had pink, coral anklets bound around his ankles.

At the ends of his elbows were long, red venomous spines and red freckles dotting his wrists. He wore a pair of coral bracelets that were embedded with the same ruby stones that sat at the center of his chest. His face was shrouded in shadow by his veil. Above and beneath his right eye appeared to be a tattoo etched in red ink in Ancient Zora. That tattoo seemed to hide an old scar that seemed capable of blinding the eye. Similar sigils were marked into his pectoral muscles and down his abdomen, down to his groin.

His Death:
Spoiler
it began when he was born by the Sea, but he was the only of his siblings to survive. He was his mother's one and only. She told him his name means: One who swims on the Darkness of the Moon, a poetic name that belonged to his great grandfather. One day his cousin and him had gone fishing, but the foolish fries had decided to brave a Biri's nest. The right half of his face lost its muscle function, the bite of a coral knife his cousin swung to fend off the jellies had cut him instead, right beneath his eye. Instead of believing him his uncle cast doubt upon the injured boy and blamed him. One day he was sent to accompany his uncle, but the man was said to have been lost to a whirlpool, but as he told the tale he hid the very knife that hat scarred him, behind his back. Later he painted over the scar on his face with a tattoo, as red as the blood he spilled. The marking read b-i-r-i in an ancient language.

His First Love
Spoiler
was a woman with a bucket. It had a hole in it. He had met the Hylian woman as she attempted to play a song, taking a break during her chores. The bucket she collected water with had a hole at the bottom of it, so no water would stay. In her clumsy motions: the instrument fell from her hands and sank to the bottom of the river where the young merchant floated, pensive of his trip into Hyrule proper. He floated in quiet meditation where he would hear the discordant song of a pipe being played, only to rouse as it stopped, the precious belonging coming to sit by his head in the mud and sand. He came to the surface to return her instrument, and eventually they began to talk. He didn't hate the music, and fancied this girl. He would desire to become a soldier so he could remain by his beloved so, in his love-struck adolescence, he trained against the wishes of his family. He took up the sword instead of the spear. Thus Ke Húm was born. But in the end, when he returned, he could no longer find her on the shores in which they met. In his drive to fill that emptiness he sought to become a jellyfish. They had no purpose, no responsibility. They were perfect. And so he would become a biri and perfect his Magicks, mimicking their perfect defenses.

His Tragedy
Spoiler
had appeared in the form of a warrior. He had bent the machinations of the cruel and heartless world as far back as he was able. He would once again meet with his lost love, only to be plagued by the darkness of her clouded psyche: her memories shattered by tragedy and he only remembered as the man who listened to her practice. It was crushing and he had lost another piece of his spirit that day. It was that warrior who had poked and prodded him: a Hylian who thought himself a hero. All he did was bite, berate and bitterly question the man as if he were the one who killed his father. As if he were the one to scar his own face . . . This lowly warrior would dare question his prestige, his honor, his purpose in life. After everything he had lost there was nothing left for him. His stubborn pride would not let this man spread rumors and so his nigh infinite patience would snap -- he took his tongue. He was free from his lies.

His lost life
Spoiler
had meant nothing to him. Only his titles and reputation had held any value. Then he met a Gerudo who languished his existence as much as he. They did not get along, and it was only she he trusted to tell him the truth in the most dire of circumstances. And so he asked her: was it wrong to avenge his father, to fall in love, and to cut out the tongue of the betrayer? And she told him earnestly. He was an idiot to care. It painted an intriguing picture on how she viewed his life. She had nothing, he had everything. And yet he could not have her. His money meant nothing to her, his prestige may as well have been a filthy handkerchief because his sins had been so easily washed away by her unaffectionate malcontention with him. So perhaps there was value left in his life had become something different and so he traveled again, but this time as a merchant. Not of death nor of antiques. What he sought were treasures to fill his cove and mount on his family's walls so that they could forget the blood that stained their history because he now sought a treasure that could alter memories and undo evil. He wanted to purge his sins even if that meant he committed a few more along the way. So he would become a relic hunter, using his knowledge of the world to fuel his new obsession. And so the seas would find just one still swimming in the Darkness...

His true love
Spoiler
was all that he coveted. His life was wishy, washy, and sometimes wholly whimsical. Maybe having a family meant constantly doubting your reality and demanding affirmations of affectionate so that you could prove to your heart that you did something right. He hardly wished to be like he was, nor did he dream of being like his father. What he wished to be was better so that he need not bring such hardships to his own thereafter. He no longer handled rupee, or traveled to beyond his will. But once again time was a cruel mistress and soon took her away leaving him with naught but daughters. So he had to find sons, sons capable of carrying his sword.
