Name: Meaora

Pronouns: She/her

Race: Hylian

Appearance:
A tall woman with grey hair. She has a rather stern expression on her face at times, but does not appear outwardly aggressive either. Her face is rather wrinkled with both age and stress. Adding to her serious demeanor, she dresses very practically, wearing durable material and straying away from things like dresses and robes. Her large feet appear even larger in her boots. The clothes she wears are often spotted with grey and brown bits of clay and any number of paint colors.

Story:
Growing up during the fall of the kingdom was a rough time. Especially for those living in the castle and castle town. Not even the wealthy were spared from calamity Ganon and his minions. Those who did survive were scatter across Hyrule. Meaora and her family had the good fortune to be escorted out of the castle by armed guards.

Although it was a close call, they survived, but everywhere they went they encountered the same thing: ruined buildings and former towns that dotted the landscape, hordes of bokoblins everywhere. Their best hope was to hide,and so the hid in the first place they found. A spot a small distance from a river in the faron woods. She lived there for around forty years.

For a while, she built things to help survive, like jars for carrying water. She gathered herbs to make meals, as well as potions and salve. She learned to paint to pass the time. She has a reputation among the residents of Kakoriko village of being hostile, and the children of the village think she is a witch. The stuff she builds is good enough though that the townsfolk don't bother her, except to buy her jars or paints.

Rumor has it she has taken on an apprentice, because she has been seen with a mysterious girl. She must be shy or something, though, because she does not show her face very often.
