Appearance:
When his parents named him Victus, it would seem to have been prophetic. He has the typical build of a hero broad in the shoulders, and narrow at the hip as he stands at an easy 6'6 or 2 meters, topping off at 243 lbs. His primary skin color is a deep Navy blue, with the secondary color being a lighter shade of blue. With accents of bright red. Instead of hair he has frills on the top of his head, and along either side of his neck guarding his gills. On his wrists, and lower legs are swimming fins. The fins, and frills, can be raised, or folded in as a means of display. His eyes are black with white nictitating membranes.

Clothing:
Casual:
When socializing, or in other casual interactions he wears an off white toga with brown fringe, along with sandals. If there is need for "a black tie affair" he can adorn himself with some simple silver jewelry, and a heavier over the shoulder cloak.

Adventuring:
When out in the field he wears a seamless long sleeve shirt, and trousers to keep what little armor he wears from chafing. Over his shoulder is a bandoleer going from right shoulder, to left flank. On his left arm is a metal segmented piece of armor with a high shoulder to protect his neck, down to his wrist, a metal bladed gauntlet on his right hand, and leather grieves covering from his feet to knees.

Venomous Spit: Like the Dilophosaurus from Jurassic park it's like tar, and paralyzes a target.

Sword Beams: When Victus is feeling particularly vigorous, he is able to fire spinning sword beams at a target, the power of such beams is proportional to the power of his sword.   

Personality: Victus is not what one would consider typical of the Zora people. He lives by the motto "For the Money, for the Glory, and for the Fun!... But mostly for the money. He's curious, and intelligent but is not opposed to running head long into things, and appealing to sheer brute force.  In fact in spite of his intelligence, he would much rather use brute force, cause that's more fun.

At the tavern you won't find him in a dark corner smoking a pipe brooding over some ancient manuscript! Na! He's the type that would be bouncing a serving wench on his knee, while powering down tankards of booze splashing some around as he sings bawdy songs in full voice along with the crowd. Or throwing the occasional friendly bar brawl just to wake up the next day with a four alarm hang over, and ready to dive right into what ever the day holds for him.

When a fight decides to show it's ugly face, well he relishes it! There are very very few things in victus' life that gives him the same amount of visceral joy as a closed, bare knuckled fist making contact with another guys face. That doesn't mean he's reckless, just that he's more likely to laugh like a mad man when he gets injured.

Notes:
He follows the cult of the fierce deity. (you find it's equipment in TotK it's not that big of a stretch)
Is an accomplished swordsman, and Wields a pair of falchion's (curved single bladed short swords)
