#1
Ghoulfingers

Name: Ghoulfingers
Pronouns: He/Him

Appearance: Ghoulfingers looks like a person who has existed for a very long time. He has an incredibly lined and sun-damaged face, bony knuckles, knobbly knees, and a full, white beard. He appears to be a Hylian, but only because it should be impossible for a Sheikah to look like this at 24 years old. His hair is wild and erratic, splaying out in a mess of white tangles that go in all directions, not quite covering the bushy, still-brown eyebrows and pale yellow eyes.

Ghoulfingers's namesake are the ghoulish fingers he's had since he was a child. They are spindly and long, discoloured by time, with damaged, black nails. He was given them by his father, Ghoulfingers Sr, who was granted them by his father, Ghoulfingers Sr Sr. It's said that they are lucky, but it's hard to believe that's the case. Ghoulfingers's ghoul fingers are always kept in a sack at his side, ready to be used at a moment's notice.

A lover of the finer things in life, Ghoulfingers has an interesting fashion style. He loves wearing normal adventuring clothes: tunics, tough cloth pants, and solid leather boots. But over these clothes, he always wears a bright blue bathrobe he got from the Lurelin inn five years ago. He says the robe still smells like the ocean, and makes him remember his beloved cat, Ghoulfingpurr.

#2
Remi

Name: Remilia Dornala
Pronouns: She/Her
Race: Rito
Class: Enchanter, Shopkeeper

Appearance:: Remi is a Rito with dark green and white plumage and bright violet eyes. Her hair, a lighter shade of green than her feathers, is wavy and hangs to her shoulders. She enjoys wearing a headband at her hairline to keep her hair from getting in the way while she's working. Her wings end in two bands of colour, first white, then red, before returning to the dark green.

Though Remi hasn't lived among the Rito and knows very few of her own people, she still enjoys a few elements of their clothing. She wears a recycled sailcloth wrapped around her torso, white with swirling red designs around the front and sides. Her pants are Hylian-crafted and dyed in Hateno to match the sailcloth. The pants have loose ankles so she can put them on without slicing them on her talons.

Biography: Though she was born into the cold winds and lofty ambitions of Rito Village in Hebra, Remi has very little connection to the Rito people. She spent only the first three years of her life there, before her father, a copywriter, and her mother, a florist, decided to move to Hateno Village. The temperate climate of eastern Necluda was a much better fit for her mother's job, and her father could work from anywhere.

The family settled in Hateno Village approximately twenty years ago now, allowing Remi to grow up among a mixture of different races who made the city their home. Her household was also a happy one, where she was able to listen to stories told by her father in the evenings, and work with her mother in the florist shop during the day. She learned to appreciate both the existing and potential beauty in things around her, and developed a strong inner sense of narrative to see the threads that tied all races together in story and song.

When she was old enough, Remi took out an apprenticeship with a local enchanting shop, learning the trade in return for hard and consistent work. She enjoyed her place there; enchanting items was the perfect marriage of the lessons she had learned from her parents. She was taking part in a narrative the customer wished to be told, and contributing to a sense of comfort and beauty within which they could thrive. She took pride in getting to know the customers, and to grow relationships with them.

Her master also took notice of how well she fit into the dynamic of his shop. Within three years, Remi was promoted to Journeyman and began earning a salary. While it was a modest income, it was something she could take back to her family, finally contributing to their well-being. Both her days and nights were full of love and warmth, whether spending it with the people whose company she enjoyed at work, or with her parents in the home they now all paid for. She sometimes wonders what life would have been like if her parents had stayed in Rito Village. She can't imagine it would be happier than she is now.
